How we operate

Maestro SP provides consultative, technical, and operational support to transform ambient sound into a tool for hospitality, comfort, retention, and perceived value.

Our process integrates executive understanding, diagnosis, strategic planning, technical specifications, operational instructions, assisted implementation, and ongoing management of Sound Performance.

Executive Understanding Meeting

The first step is to understand the business context, the environment profile, the brand's objectives, and the main pain points perceived by the operation.

In this stage, we listen to the client, understand the use of the spaces, identify initial needs, and assess whether a more in-depth Acoustic and Sound Diagnosis is necessary.

The Executive Meeting allows for aligning expectations, mapping priorities, and directing Maestro SP's work in an objective way.

Initial Acoustic and Sound Diagnosis

We conducted a technical, sensory, and operational analysis of the environment to understand how sound impacts the customer experience.

In this stage, we evaluate the audience profile, the brand's proposition, the use of the space, the perceived acoustic comfort, the existing sound system, possible sound interferences, acoustic leaks, excessive volume, reverberation, noise, critical zones, and points of discomfort.

Finally, we deliver an initial diagnosis highlighting the main issues, risks, and opportunities for sound improvement in the environment.

PPS — Sound Performance Plan

Based on the diagnosis, we develop the PPS — Sound Performance Plan.

The PPS (Product Performance Plan) is the foundational document of the Maestro SP methodology. It defines how sound should function within the environment, considering brand, audience, schedules, usage zones, commercial objectives, customer journey, and desired experience.

The plan establishes guidelines for sound reinforcement, recorded music, live music, DJ performance, atmosphere, perceived acoustic comfort, sound identity, indicators, and experience management.

The goal is to transform sound into a strategic tool for experience, comfort, retention, qualified consumption, and perceived value.

EPS — Sound Performance Specifications

When necessary, the PPS is broken down into EPSs — Sound Performance Specifications.

EPSs organize the guidelines by discipline, such as sound reinforcement, recorded music, live music, DJ performance, atmosphere, perceived acoustics, music branding, and indicators.

This step allows each area of Sound Performance to have clear criteria, defined responsibilities, and objective application parameters.

IT — Work Instructions

Work Instructions (ITs) translate the guidelines of the EPSs (Environmental Performance Standards) into practical procedures for daily execution.

They guide tasks such as opening and checking the sound system, adjusting volume by zone, operating recorded music by period, briefing musicians, briefing DJs, adjusting the atmosphere, and recording sound occurrences.

With this, the operation ceases to depend on improvisation and begins to rely on clear, verifiable, and applicable guidance.

Assisted Implementation

After creating the applicable documents, Maestro SP supports the implementation of the method with the team, suppliers, musicians, DJs, operators, and those responsible for the venue.

This stage may include operational guidance, supplier briefing, organization of routines, activation of checklists, definition of responsibilities, and initial monitoring of the PPS implementation.

Assisted implementation ensures that the sound strategy moves from the planning stage to real-world operation.

Continuous Management of Sound Performance

After implementation, Maestro SP can monitor the Sound Performance on an ongoing basis.

This work includes periodic inspections, curation adjustments, PPS adherence assessment, procedure review, incident monitoring, guidance for specific events, management reports, and improvement recommendations.

When desired, we also support the management of musicians, DJs, and live performances, ensuring that these professionals are aligned with the venue's sound guidelines.

Ongoing management ensures that the sound experience is not lost over time and remains aligned with the brand identity, customer profile, and business operations.
