About Maestro SP

Sound Performance for Hospitality

Maestro SP specializes in Sound Performance for Hospitality, working at the intersection of music, sound design, perceived acoustic comfort, atmosphere, brand, and operations.

We combine real musical experience, technical knowledge of sound engineering, artistic direction, and strategic interpretation of the environment to transform sound into a concrete variable of experience, permanence, perceived value, and sensory coherence.

Our work goes beyond the musical execution and playlist curation and equipment tuning.

Maestro SP structures the sound presence of professional environments through methodology, diagnosis, technical guidelines, assisted implementation, and ongoing management.

Who we are

Maestro SP was born from the convergence of musical experience, sound engineering techniques, artistic direction, and a functional understanding of music applied to premium hospitality and business environments.

Our approach considers that each environment has an identity, an audience, an operation, and a sensory intention. Therefore, sound needs to be considered with the same care dedicated to architecture, service, product, brand, and customer experience.

More than just providing music, we structure Sound Performance as a discipline applied to business.

Our Vision

Sound and music are not mere adornments. They are variables of experience.

Well-designed environments also need to sound up to par.

The right music, at the right volume, at the right time, in the right environment, and for the right audience, contributes to creating more comfortable, sophisticated, memorable spaces that align with the brand's proposition.

Maestro SP believes that hospitality can also be heard. That's why we treat the sound layer as an essential part of the experience, connecting comfort, atmosphere, permanence, operation, and perceived value.

Our methodology

Maestro SP's performance is guided by a structured journey:

Assisted Implementation

Continuous Management of Sound Performance

This methodology allows sound to move from being treated in an improvised way to being planned, documented, implemented, and monitored consistently.

The goal is simple: to transform the ambient sound into a strategic tool for hospitality, branding, and experience.

A little bit of the history behind Maestro SP

Maestro SP is driven by a trajectory built across music, stage performance, artistic direction, sound engineering, event management, and strategic interpretation of environments.

Along this path, it has become evident that, in professional environments, sound and music do not act merely as artistic expression or decorative elements. They influence atmosphere, comfort, permanence, perceived value, communication, operations, and brand identity.

It was from this synthesis of real musical experience, technical knowledge in audio, practical experience in different contexts, and functional observation of hospitality that the vision of Maestro SP was born: to structure the sonic presence of the environment as an essential part of the experience and operational design of a business.

Maestro SP treats sound as a strategic variable. A variable that needs to be thought about, documented, implemented, and monitored methodically.

What we deliver

Maestro SP operates within a structured journey of Sound Performance for Hospitality.

Executive Understanding Meeting

The first step is to understand the client's context, the proposed environment, the target audience profile, the perceived pain points, and the business's commercial, sensory, and operational objectives.

This step allows for aligning expectations and identifying whether a more in-depth diagnosis is needed.

Initial Acoustic and Sound Diagnosis

We conducted a technical, sensory, and operational analysis of the environment, evaluating the audience, brand, use of the space, existing sound infrastructure, perceived acoustic comfort, interference, sound leakage, volume, reverberation, noise, and points of discomfort.

The diagnosis points to risks, opportunities, and avenues for improvement so that sound ceases to be improvised and becomes treated as part of the experience.

PPS — Sound Performance Plan

Based on the diagnosis, we develop the PPS — Sound Performance Plan.

The PPS (Product Performance Plan) is the foundational document of the Maestro SP methodology. It defines how sound should function within the environment, considering brand, audience, schedules, usage zones, operation, atmosphere, commercial objectives, and desired experience.

The plan outlines guidelines for sound reinforcement, recorded music, live music, DJ performance, atmosphere, perceived acoustic comfort, sound identity, and monitoring indicators.

EPS — Sound Performance Specifications

When necessary, the PPS is broken down into EPSs — Sound Performance Specifications.

EPSs detail the disciplines applicable to the project, such as sound design, recorded music, live music, DJ performance, atmosphere, perceived acoustics, music branding, and indicators.

This layer allows you to transform the sound strategy into clear guidelines for each area involved.

IT — Work Instructions

Work Instructions (WIs) translate technical guidelines into practical procedures for operation.

They guide routines such as opening the sound system, adjusting volume by zone, operating recorded music by period, briefing musicians, briefing DJs, adjusting the atmosphere, and recording sound occurrences.

The goal is to reduce improvisation, guide teams and suppliers, and make the sound experience more predictable, controlled, and consistent.

Implementation and Ongoing Management

After the creation of the applicable documents, Maestro SP can support the implementation of the method with the team, suppliers, musicians, DJs, operators, and those responsible for the venue.

We also conduct periodic monitoring of Sound Performance, with curation adjustments, evaluation of adherence to the PPS (Product Performance Standard), reports, recommendations, review of procedures, and support for the management of events, musicians, and DJs when applicable.

Ongoing management ensures that the sound experience is not lost over time and remains aligned with the brand identity, customer profile, and business operations.

Where we operate

We operate in environments where sound directly influences experience, lingering time, comfort, consumption, social interaction, and perceived value.

Our main segments are restaurants, bars, rooftops, hotels, food service operations, event spaces, banquet halls, condominiums, immersive homes, boutiques, jewelry stores, showrooms, concept stores, and premium operations.

In the hospitality industry, Sound Performance focuses on comfort, conversation, quality of stay, atmosphere, consumption, and brand perception.

In condominiums and event spaces, it contributes to operational organization, supplier guidance, discomfort reduction, conflict prevention, and noise leakage control.

In premium retail, it strengthens sound identity, environmental elegance, sensory coherence, and the perception of sophistication.

Brand signature

Maestro SP operates from the intersection of musical sensitivity, technical mastery of sound engineering, artistic direction, and strategic environmental awareness.

This combination allows us to view sound and music not only as expression, but as structuring parts of a business experience.

Performance Sonora para Hospitalidade is how Maestro SP organizes this vision: sound with intention, technique, method, sensitivity, and management.

Next step

If your business already invests in branding, customer service, product, architecture, and experience, then the sound layer also needs to be treated with method, technique, and intention.

Maestro SP helps transform this layer into a coherent, comfortable sound presence aligned with the purpose of your environment.
