This Policy explains how Maestro SP collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data of website visitors under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and other applicable rules.

By accessing or using this website, you declare that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, you should discontinue browsing and avoid using forms or features that require personal data.

1. Identification of the controller

For the purposes of the LGPD, the controller of personal data processed through this website is MAESTRO SP LIVE MUSIC & SOUND SOLUTIONS LTDA, CNPJ No. 36.378.940/0001-66, headquartered at Av. Francisco Matarazzo, No. 1850, Bloco B2, Apto 203, Água Branca, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05.001-200, Brazil.

Trade name: Maestro SP. Contact: pmello@maestrosp.com.br · +55 (11) 99783-1760.

2. Personal data collected

2.1 Data provided by the user

When completing the Executive Session form, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, company or establishment represented and the content of your message — including information about an environment, project or operation.

Providing data is voluntary, but essential data may be required to respond to a contact request, prepare commercial proposals or provide the requested information.

In the Executive Session form, data remains in the browser until the user chooses to continue. The website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; no information is sent to Maestro SP automatically. Submission occurs only when the user confirms the message in WhatsApp. From that point, WhatsApp terms and privacy policy also apply.

2.2 Data collected automatically

During browsing, technical data and access logs may be processed, such as IP address, date and time of access, browser, operating system, pages visited, time spent and source of access. The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for technical operation until specific notice is given about other categories.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Personal data may be processed to:

  • respond to contacts, questions and quotation requests;
  • prepare proposals and information about Maestro SP services;
  • maintain commercial relationship and service records;
  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests from authorities;
  • protect the security, stability and integrity of the website;
  • produce aggregated and anonymised statistics about website use.

As applicable, processing may rely on steps preliminary to a contract, consent when applicable, legitimate interests for security and improvement of browsing, or compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation. Maestro SP does not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect users.

4. Sharing, cookies and international transfers

Data may be shared strictly with technology, hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers; public authorities where legally required; and professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants or auditors, to the extent necessary for their services.

The website does not share data for third-party advertising. If analytics tools, marketing cookies, social-media pixels or a newsletter are adopted, this Policy will be updated before activation, with information about purposes, third parties and consent where required.

If providers located outside Brazil are used, any international transfer will comply with the applicable LGPD mechanisms and safeguards.

5. Retention and security

Contact and quotation data will be retained for the period necessary for the purposes described and applicable legal retention periods. After that, they will be securely deleted or anonymised, except where retention is legally permitted.

Maestro SP adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures compatible with its size and the nature of the data processed. No system is entirely immune to risk. In the event of an incident that may create relevant risk or damage, applicable measures and notifications will be taken.

6. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, a data subject may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions, where applicable.

Rights are not absolute: deletion requests, for example, may be limited by legal retention obligations. To exercise rights, send a request to the contact channel below with your full name and sufficient information for identification.

7. Children, teenagers and updates

The website is not directed to persons under 18 and does not intentionally seek their data. If improper provision of data is identified, the data will be deleted as soon as possible, subject to legal retention requirements.

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will be made available on this website with its update date.
