1. Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing and browsing the website presupposes reading and accepting these Terms. If the user acts on behalf of a company or other legal entity, the user represents that they have authority to bind it to these conditions. If the user does not agree with any provision, the user must not use the website or its forms.

3. Purpose and description of the website

The website is institutional and informational. It presents Maestro SP, the Sound Performance discipline, its primary application in Hospitality, its working method, educational content and contact channels for requests for information, quotations and commercial proposals.

The website does not provide direct checkout or online payment. When services are contracted, they will be formalised through a specific proposal and/or agreement defining scope, term, price, obligations and responsibilities.

4. Conditions of access and use

Access to the website is free. By using it, the user undertakes to:

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer’s domicile where required by Brazilian consumer law.
